Robin Housch is the owner of AH Companies, a trailblazing business that redefines talent acquisition, and the Founder and Executive Director of The Sweet Addiction.
Her professional journey spans over 20 years in the staffing industry, during which she encountered countless individuals labeled "unemployable" due to their troubled pasts. Many had histories tied to addiction or poor decision-making during difficult times. By listening to their stories, Robin discovered that most of them were good people hindered by social, legal, and emotional barriers to employment.
During her 8-year tenure as a Risk Manager at D.G. Corporation, Robin developed a personal mission: "to make a positive impact in each life I touch." This mission continues to guide her work and life.
In 2020, with a deep passion for empowering women, Robin founded The Sweet Addiction's job readiness program. The program provides skills training and mentorship designed to build confidence and equip women to succeed both personally and professionally.
